Solo Classical – Rules & Regulations

This category features three rounds: Prelims, Semi-Finals, and Finals.

Attire & Music:

1. • Contestants are responsible for providing their own costumes and makeup.
   • Participants must arrive dressed and ready for their performance. Green rooms or changing facilities will not be provided at the venue. Kindly make necessary arrangements.
   • The organizing team will provide a drive link for you to upload your song by the specified deadline.
   • It is highly recommended to bring a backup pen drive in case of technical malfunctions.

Props:

1. • Use of props is permitted; however, participants must be able to carry and manage them on stage independently
   • Strictly prohibited: Fire and any fire-related props.
   • The participants must inform us in advance if their performance involves items like confetti or colour papers.

Time Limits:

1. • Prelims: Maximum 1 minute 30 seconds (1.30 mins)
   • Finals: Maximum 2 minutes 30 seconds (2.30 mins)

Registration:

1. • There is no limit to the number of entries allowed per company.
   • All contestants must present their valid company ID cards during registration.
   • Registration fee – INR 750/-

Judging:

1. • Entries will be judged on technique, artistry, choreography, and performance impact.
   • The judges’ decisions are final and binding

Solo Adaptune – Rules & Regulations

This category features three rounds: Prelims, Semi-Finals, and Finals.

Spontaneous Adaptation: This category challenges participants to spontaneously dance or act based on a randomly played tune provided by the event organizers. The core of the performance lies in the ability to adapt movements, expressions, and style to the music’s rhythm, tempo, and mood.

Attire & Music:

• • 1. • All music tracks will be provided by the event organizers and played randomly during your turn. Participants will not bring their own music.
       • Participants will have no prior knowledge of the specific music track.
       • Your performance time will commence the moment the music track begins.
       • Contestants are solely responsible for providing their own costumes and makeup. Attire should allow for free movement and expression, suitable for spontaneous performance.

Props:

• • 1. • Use of props is permitted; however, participants must be able to carry and manage them on stage independently
       • Strictly prohibited: Fire and any fire-related props

• • 1. • Entries will be judged heavily on the contestant’s ability to adapt, creativity & originality, stage presence, impact and interpretation of the randomly played music.

Group Folk / Group Western Dance – Rules & Regulations

This category features three rounds: Prelims, Semi-Finals, and Finals.

Team :

• • 1. • Minimum of 7 members and a maximum of 13 members per group
       • Each team should consist of members from the same organization.

Attire & Music:

• • 1. • Contestants are responsible for providing their own costumes and makeup
       • Participants must arrive dressed and ready for their performance. Green rooms or changing facilities will not be provided at the venue. Kindly make necessary arrangements
       • The organizing team will provide a drive link for you to upload your song by the specified deadline.

Solo Classical / Film Music / Western / Rap – Rules & Regulations:

This category features three rounds: Prelims, Semi-Finals, and Finals

Preparation:

1. • The organizing team will provide a drive link for you to upload your minus one track by the specified deadline.
   • It is highly recommended to bring a backup pen drive in case of technical malfunctions.
   • Participants are welcome to bring their own instruments for live accompaniment.
   • Songs in any language are welcome

Time Limits:

1. • Prelims: Maximum 2 minutes
   • Finals: Maximum 3 minutes

Registration:

1. • There is no limit to the number of entries allowed per company.
   • All contestants must present their valid company ID cards during registration.
   • Registration fee – INR 750/- per team

Judging:

1. • Entries will be judged on vocal technique, song interpretation, stage presence, and overall impact.
   • The judges’ decisions are final and binding

Band – Rules & Regulations

This category features three rounds: Prelims and Finals

Team:

1. • Minimum of 6 members and a maximum of 10 members per team
   • Each team should consist of members from the same organization.

Preparation:

1. • Participants must bring their own instrument.
   • Film songs from any language are permitted.

Time Limits:

1. • Prelims: Maximum 7 minutes
   • Finals: Total 8 Min (3 min setup + 5min performance)

Registration:

1. • There is no limit to the number of entries allowed per company.
   • All contestants must present their valid company ID cards during registration.
   • Registration fee – INR 7500/- per team

Judging:

1. • Bands will be evaluated on technical proficiency, stage presence, and the quality of their overall performance.
   • The judges’ decisions are final and binding

Ramp Walk

This category is a group event and features two rounds: Prelims and Finals.

Team:

1. • Each team must consist of 7 to 13 members.
   • Each team should consist of members from the same organization.

Preparation:

1. • The competition will have a pre-announced theme. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the theme before taking your photos.
   • Both rounds will be theme-based
   • Prelims entries will be shortlisted to advance.
   • All teams must design their walk around a pre-assigned theme, which will be provided beforehand.

Attire & Music:

1. • Costumes should be creative and represent the chosen theme
   • Vulgarity and obscenity are strictly prohibited
   • Contestants are responsible for providing their own costumes and makeup.
   • Participants must arrive dressed and ready for their performance. Green rooms or changing facilities will not be provided at the venue. Kindly make necessary arrangements.
   • Participants are responsible for providing their own music track.
