Rules For Solo Classical / Western / Folk Dance:

Attire & Music:

1. • Contestants are responsible for providing their own costumes and makeup.
   • Participants must submit their track via the Google form. Ensure the track is cued and ready for immediate start.
   • It is highly recommended to bring a backup pen drive in case of technical malfunctions.

Props:

• • Props are permitted for your performance. However, ensure you can bring them on stage yourself.
  • Strictly prohibited: Fire and any fire-related props.

Time Limits:

1. • Preliminaries: Maximum 1 minute 30 seconds (1.30 mins)
   • Finals: Maximum 2 minute 30 seconds (2.30 mins)

Registration:

1. • There is no limit on the number of entries per company.
   • All contestants must present their valid company ID cards during registration.

Judging:

1. • The judges’ decisions are final and binding.

 

Rules For Group Dance:

Team Size:

• • 1. • Minimum of 7 members and a maximum of 13 members per group.

Music:

• • 1. • Participants must submit their track via the Google form.  Ensure the track is cued and ready for immediate start.
       • It is highly recommended to bring a backup pen drive in case of technical malfunctions.

Props:

• • • 1. Props are permitted for your performance, but groups are responsible for bringing them on and off stage safely.
      2. Strictly prohibited: Fire and any fire-related props.

Time Limits:

• • 1. • Preliminaries: Maximum 2 minutes 30 seconds (2.30 mins)
       • Finals: Maximum 4 minutes (4.00 mins)

Rules For Solo Classical / Film music / Rap Singing:

Preparation:

1. • Backing Tracks: Participants must their karaoke tracks on the Google Forms shared by the Organizers via mails or WhatsApp..
   • It is highly recommended to bring a backup pen drive in case of technical malfunctions.
   • Accompaniment: Instrumentalists are welcome to bring their own guitars or keyboards for live accompaniment.
   • Song Selection: Cover songs or original compositions are allowed.
   • Other language songs are also permitted.

Time Limits:

1. • Preliminaries: Maximum 2.00 minutes
   • Finals: Maximum 3.00 minutes

Registration:

1. • There is no limit on the number of entries per company.
   • All contestants must present their valid company ID cards during registration.

Judging:

1. • The judges’ decisions are final and binding.

Rules For musical band:

Team Formation:

1. • Group Size: Minimum of 5 members and Maximum of 10 members per team.

Accompaniment:

• Following is the list of accompaniments that shall be provided by the Organizer on request:

• Bands must carry any instrument apart from the above-mentioned list.

Performance:

1. • Song Selection: Cover songs or original compositions are allowed.
   • Film, semi-classical, Western, devotional, and Indie songs are permitted.
   • Other language songs are also permitted.

Time Limits:

1. • Finals: Total 8 Mins (3 mins setup + 5mins performance)

Registration:

1. • There is no limit on the number of entries per company.
   • All contestants must present their valid company ID cards during registration.

Judging:

• • The judges’ decisions are final and binding.

Photography

Theme:

1. • Bridges
   • Macro Photography
   • Mirrors
   • Mood

Submissions:

1. • Email: Mode of submission will be announced later via emails, social media platforms (Instagram, facebook)
   • Number of Entries: Each participant may submit one high-resolution (HD) image.
   • Image Format: Images must be submitted in JPEG format.
   • Editing: Only basic adjustments like cropping are allowed. Images must not be retouched or manipulated significantly.

Eligibility:

1. • Company Entries: There is no limit on the number of entries from each company.
   • Identification: All participants must submit a copy of their valid company ID card along with their photograph.

Selection Process:

1. • Pre-Selection: There will be a pre-selection round based solely on the submitted raw image (unedited version).
   • Disqualification: Entries containing both raw and edited versions of the same image, or that do not meet the specified criteria, will be disqualified.

Registration:

1. • There is no limit on the number of entries per company.
   • All contestants must present their valid company ID cards during registration.

Judging:

1. • Entries will be judged based on their creativity, composition, technical quality, and relevance to the theme.

Short Film

Theme:

1. • The College Diaries (SATHYABAMA)
   • Connections (POORVIKA)
   • The Heart of a Stone (SILLAI)
   • Mystery Caller (BIG FM)
   • The Future (GENERAL)

Film Specifications:

1. • Genre: Dramatic, emotional, social message, thriller, or comedy entries are permitted.
   • Length: Strictly between 3 minutes and 5 minutes, including opening and closing credits. Exceeding the time limit will result in disqualification.
   • Language: English or Tamil (with English subtitles mandatory for non-English films).
   • Format: MPEG4 or AVI format.

Eligibility:

1. • Team Size: Departments may be represented by a team of 5 to 7 participants.
   • Originality: All entries must be original content.
   • Company Affiliation: At least 80% of the total cast and crew must be working for the company submitting the film.

Selection Process:

1. • Disqualification: Films exceeding the time limit, containing vulgarity, or promoting discrimination based on caste, gender, or religion will be disqualified.

1. • Captivate with Storytelling: Engaging narrative, clear message, and effective use of the given theme.
