PHOTOGRAPHY - SOLO

Competition Format

• This category will be conducted as a Direct Finals competition.
• There will be no Preliminary Round.
• All registered participants will compete directly in the Finals.
• The Finals will be conducted based on a pre-announced theme.
• The shortlisted photographs will be displayed at the finals.

Preparation

• The competition will have a pre-announced theme. Participants are advised to familiarize themselves with the theme before taking their photographs.
• Participants must capture and submit their photograph based on the given theme.
• The theme and relevant instructions will be communicated to participants in advance.

Submissions

• The mode of submission and submission guidelines will be announced later through official communication channels, including email, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
• Each participant is allowed to submit one high-resolution (HD) image.
• Images must be submitted in JPEG/JPG format.
• Only basic adjustments, such as cropping, are permitted.
• Images must not be significantly retouched, digitally manipulated, or altered.
• Participants must ensure that their submitted photograph complies with the prescribed theme and submission requirements.
• The photograph submitted must be the original work of the participant.

Registration

• There is no limit to the number of entries allowed per company.
• All contestants must present their valid company ID cards during registration and verification.
• Registration Fee: INR 750/- per entry

Judging Criteria

Entries will be evaluated based on:

• Creativity
• Composition
• Technical Quality
• Relevance to the Theme
• Overall Visual Impact
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

Final Decision

• Participants are expected to follow all instructions issued by the organizing committee throughout the competition.
