RAMP WALK - GROUP

Competition Format

This category is a group event and consists of two rounds:

• Semi-Finals
• Finals

Both rounds will be conducted based on a pre-assigned theme and number of registration by the organizing team.

Team Composition

• Each team must consist of a minimum of 7 members and a maximum of 13 members.
• All team members must belong to the same organization/company.
• There is no limit to the number of teams that can participate from a company.

Preparation & Theme

• The competition will have a pre-announced theme. Teams are advised to familiarize themselves with the theme and plan their presentation accordingly.
• Both the Semi-Finals and Finals will be theme-based.
• All teams must design their ramp walk, presentation, styling, and overall concept around the assigned theme.
• The theme and relevant instructions will be communicated to the teams in advance.

Attire & Music

• Costumes should be creative, appropriate, and representative of the assigned theme.
• Costumes, styling, and presentation should be appropriate and in line with the assigned theme.
• Contestants are responsible for arranging their own costumes, attire, accessories, and makeup.
• Participants must arrive at the venue dressed and fully ready for their performance. Participants must arrive at the venue dressed and fully ready for their performance before one hour of the event timing.
• Green rooms or changing facilities will not be provided at the venue. Teams are requested to make the necessary arrangements in advance.
• Participants are responsible for providing their own music track.
• The organizing team will provide a link for uploading the music track within the specified deadline, it will be sent via (WhatsApp, SMS, email ,call ).It is highly recommended that each team carry a backup pen drive containing their music track in case of any technical malfunctions.

Time Limits

• Semi-Finals: Maximum duration 5 minutes (5.00 mins)
• Finals: Maximum duration 6 minutes (6.00 mins)

Registration:

• There is no limit to the number of entries allowed per company.
• All contestants must present their valid company ID cards during registration and verification.
• Registration Fee: INR 7,500/- per team

Judging Criteria

Teams will be evaluated based on:

• Posture & Gait
• Outfit & Theme Presentation
• Confidence & Energy
• Stage Presence
• Creativity & Overall Presentation
• Audience Impact

The judges will consider the team's ability to effectively interpret and present the assigned theme through their walk, styling, coordination, confidence, and overall stage performance.

Final Decision

• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
• Participants and teams are expected to follow all instructions issued by the organizing committee and venue authorities throughout the competition.

Important Note – Competition Format

Note: The final competition format for the Ramp Walk category will be determined by the organizing committee based on the total number of registrations received. Depending on the number of participating teams, the competition may be conducted as Direct Finals or through Semi-Finals followed by Finals. The final format and qualifying structure will be communicated to the participating teams after the registration process is completed.
